In Memory of Betty Dixon
Betty Joan Dixon wife of the late Norman Dixon (founder of WVRA Inc). passed away peacefully on the 29/1/2025 at Milton Hospital. During her final hours she was surrounded by the love of her family.
We acknowledge and pay tribute to all the guidance, hours of voluntary work and support she contributed to the Association and its successful battles for the community. We acknowledge and appreciate the roles Betty undertook as Secretary and Treasurer in our Association along with her loyal membership and support of Norman.
We thank and acknowledge her tireless work with Norman running the Woronora Life Saving Club for many years teaching young and old to swim rescue and obtain their bronze medallion.
A life dedicated so beautifully to her family and the Woronora Community.
Please join us for a Celebration honouring the life of our beloved Betty Joan Dixon (10/03/1933 - 29/01/2025). The Funeral Service will be held on Monday the 10th of February 2025, 11:00am at Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland, South Chapel.
